Employer Engagement
Working closely in support of our other youth resource assets and Reengagement Centers, the Employer Advisory Council (EAC) supports youth in their pursuit of jobs and career pathways. OFY’s Employer Advisory Council has grown into a group of important local and national businesses eager to hire and retain OY.
In 2022 the EAC is engaged with PipelineAZ to enhance recruiting by providing enhanced skills assessments, recruiting and educational pathways. PipelineAZ is a free platform providing high quality candidate matching, free job postings, and career support, and OFY now has its own unique portal (ofy.pipelineaz.com) for OY and the employers eager to hire them!
